Oldenburg Academy Freshman Andrew Oesterling treated the Liberty Park crowd to a pitching gem on Friday. The young Twister twirled a no-hitter and fanned 13 batters to help take down the North Decatur Chargers. The team came away with an impressive 7-1 victory.

OA collected 8 hits and committed only one error on their way to the win. Dalton Mooney smacked a clutch two out single to get things started for Oldenburg. Hunter Sullivan and Matt Sedler each picked up two knocks, while Oesterling, Mike Hoff, and Zach Wegman each tallied one hit for the victors.

On Saturday, the Twisters traveled to Madison to pick up their fifth win of the season. Oldenburg used four runs in the second and nine markers in the third to propel the Twisters to a 14-2 win over Shawe Memorial.

Jordan Stenger picked up the win on the mound with late relief help from Riley Schebler. OA slapped out nine hits in the victory. Adam Huber led the way with two while Stenger, Andrew Oesterling, Matt Sedler, Hunter Sullivan, Zach Wegman, Dalton Mooney, and Zach West all picked up one.

The Twister head into a very busy stretch of games with a 5-4 record on the season.
