Sports Report – Tuesday, May 14, 2013

Varsity Baseball continues a month long winning streak with an impressive victory at Morristown last night, 7-1.  JV Baseball will travel to Jac-Cen-Del tonight for a later start at 6:30pm.  Varsity returns to action tomorrow at Franklin County. Boys Golf celebrated senior night at Hillcrest and LaRosa’s Pizza afterwards, playing host SW Hanover and Batesville.

Girls Tennis had a successful weekend at the annual Franklin Invitational.  The Twisters defeated Warren Central 3-2 and fell to host Franklin in a close match, 2-3. Girls Tennis completed three matches vs. Shawe Memorial, winning all three, before severe weather moved in.  They will compete tomorrow at the Franklin Invitational. Softball will travel to Trinity Lutheran tonight for a 5:30pm start. Track will travel to SW Shelby for a 5:00pm start. Varsity and JV Baseball will be in action tomorrow at

Varsity Softball fell to Switzerland County last night.  They will be in action Friday night at Trinity Lutheran. Varsity Baseball and Girls Tennis was cancelled due to rain.  Senior Day festivities were celebrated for Girls Tennis!

Varsity Baseball continues to roll in the right direction with a solid win last night at Greenwood Christian, 6-1.  They will host Seton Catholic tonight at Liberty Park at 5:00pm.
