The OA boys soccer team is still looking for their first victory this year as they were defeated by Landmark Christian from Cincinnati, Ohio. It has been about 5 years or so since we last played LMC always very competitive and this year was the same. “We saw a lot of improvement as a team still not getting shots and giving up way to many. Bright spots on the night Josh Newman had a real good game stepping up on that outside full spot and giving us some offense from that position. Jake Negovetich gave us some of that speed we need up on top just need to take shots quicker. The goal we gave up was a 1v1 in the back which we try to be up one in the back but got caught to far up nice threw ball and nice shot put us in the hole again.” Coach Getz said. Landmark scored in period 2 at 24:42 on a shot in the 18 left of the goal.

The Twisters had 4 shots with 0 on goal, 1 off sides, 6 fouls, 1 corner, 1 hand ball and Chris Hautman had 7 saves.

Landmark had 27 shots with 8 on goal, 1 off sides, 4 fouls, 10 corners and 2 hand balls.
